- For all term contracts: The first payment must cover the first 3 months. Afterwards you'll be invoiced monthly (in advance).
- The unused working hours in a month are going to be banked, up to a maximum of double the monthly included hours. Anything above that is not being banked and is going to be lost. The banked hours can only be used while the contract is active. After the contract is canceled or if it expires and is not renewed, the banked hours are lost. Therefore, choose the plan according to your actual needs. Consider starting out with a lower plan and upgrade only when you need to.		 n/a
- For hourly rates, the payable time is rounded to the greater multiple of 15min. For pay-as-you-go, minimum charge per each order is one hour.
- For copy writing, the payable work is rounded to the greater multiple of 50words for each individual article/topic.
* The content (text and images) must be provided by you. If the content is not provided in a compatible digital format (email, image files, text documents) extra charges may occur for manually processing it (for scanning images and for typing the text). If you choose to, we can create the content for you; writing, creating and researching for content would imply an extra cost.

** Depending on the web hosting service you are using, we might not be able to perform this service. By using our web hosting services you can make sure that this won't become an issue.

*** If you have signed up for a term contract of 1yr or more, you may upgrade or downgrade the plan twice in a calendar year. The change is going to be applied beginning with the next billing month.
